Free Crates only for PC and not for consoles?

Title says it all. I thought we were supposed to get 5 Crates or am I missing something? Haven’t received them on Xbox yet when all others seem to have gotten them by yesterday? Or am I confusing something?

You should have gotten them if you killed an enemy on whatever day it was stated last week or so. Mine were LITERALLY nothing but poisons.

I got mine on today (PS4 NA) They're just utility crates.... Not that big of a deal

I just logged in that day to kill a mob because I hadn’t time for more and haven’t gotten them.

So best to do would be to write a ticket? @ZOS_GinaBruno

It wasnt running all day, you had to log in at a certain time frame on that day: June 9, between 3:00PM EDT and 11:00PM EDT - you might have missed it...

It wasnt running all day, you had to log in at a certain time frame on that day: June 9, between 3:00PM EDT and 11:00PM EDT - you might have missed it...

Oh damn, this might be the case. Totally missed that there was a specific time frame.
