Faction lock bug???

my 4 AD characters has 30-days standart as home
i set it to be 30-days non champ when campaign ends
now, all of them have right home campaign - 30-days non-champ
but i still cant use 30-days standart for my other toons, DC or EP, it says its still locked for AD chars
i happened because i didnt fast travel from Cyrodiil 30-days standard by my AD characters, and leave them here, offline, when campaigs was resetted....
its intended? now i have wait 30 days more, and cant PVP on my favourite toons on most popular campaign due to this BUG!!

Hexquisite✭✭✭✭From what I am hearing if you didn't abandon your home campaign before it ended you are stuck on that faction.
