Wrathstone Motifs

It's been about a month since anyone posted about this. Does anyone have any idea when we can expect the wrathstone motifs to return to the game? My understanding from a while ago is that when one expansion is released, the previous expansion's dungeons motifs drop.

I understand that's not true here, but I'd like to know if possible.
