Remove the exit dungeon cooldown until fixed

I haven’t been able to use the random group finder or complete any pledges since Elsweyr because I am constantly being kicked from loading screen when I try to load into the dungeon. When I load the game back in, 75% of the time I’m kicked by the group.

Why am I being inconvenienced for the crappy servers? I understand there is a fix coming (it’s only taken a year) but it would be welcoming and appreciated to see this 15 minute cooldown temporarily removed until dungeons are fixed. Because once I’ve waited through the cooldown, most of the time the same thing happens over and over again and some of us don’t have the time to be messing around and waiting over such shenanigans

PC? How long is your load screen...?

@reprosal Xbox One EU. Load screens last 4-5 minutes. But on the rare occasion, longer. It’s quicker to shut down the game and load it again

I was under the impression being kicked from a group doesn't give a cooldown?

@raisin I thought so too. Possibly there’s a connection issue with the dungeon finder?

@Keylun Must be, as I don't think it's intended. Fairly sure it's been working normally for me (although I can't remember when I last got kicked).
