Its not embarrassing, its obfuscation. Telling you they fixed a problem is communicating. Telling you exactly what the problem was and how to reproduce it is only giving more information to those who would use their weak security and anti-cheat against them.

Don't give the bad guy the tools to defeat you by being too forthcoming with your defensive and offensive posture.
Tl;dr really weigh the fun you have in game vs the business practices you are supporting.

this issue is fixed (supposedly) we don't need to know the technicalities, just what buffs weren't removed. It's normal in security companies to report what issue actually got patched, if zos are doing there job what the problem. what you dont do is release details before something is patched. how can we clarify it was actually fixed or it didn't break something else related id we have no idea what was fixed in the first place. if its just a buff just didn't remove itself in the course of normal play really what was the problem. I'm sorry you wrong its another example of saving face and lack of openness that builds distrust from the community.

The battle with the bad guys was lost a long time ago in ESO but, as a general rule, this is a good point.

You think there is some kind of compliance team looking at their security issues and fixing things, thats the problem. We are not arguing here, we are saying the same thing.

You are upset that they are not more open, I am simply saying they are not more open because they do not have the ability or chose not to use said abilities to ensure future attack vectors are not found through disclosure.

Simply put, they put out the fires that are burning the hottest and hope you don't see the smoldering ashes of all the other ones.

Molten Whip wasn't consuming the stacks and you could spam it with all stacks.

You enter fungal 1 pug, you see two guys res at wayshrine and one guy with an shield getting chased by rats.
This is an skill level, its lower levels.
Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.

    1. Molten whip using but not consuming the buff.
    2. Cruel Flurry buff used but not consumed by DoTs.

Nothing secret about it, those bugs are on forums and were noticed right after last update.

    Zos gonna a Zos.

If you have been here long enough you know this is how they operate and have been operating. If you haven't been here long read the 2nd sentence again.
