Why would you want to take the option for people to use the addons they want? if you don't want to use them then don't, but that will be a very bad idea for the PC community.

Because he is a console player who delusionally believes that the only reason he can’t have an auction house is because ALL of us on PC are against it, and the reason we are against it is because we have these addons.
Ergo, take away our addons, and everyone will magically prefer an auction house.
That is his agenda here. He does not play on PC. The situation does not even affect him.
And he refuses to see that his logic is flawed, that many of the loudest voices against an auction house are console players.

Then I apologize. I conflated your posts with those of another poster.
But your agenda is exactly what I described. You think removing these addons will increase support for an auction house.
Argue for an auction house, that is fine. I have agreed with several of your posts in other threads about the issue. But arguing to remove api functionality is not only spiteful, but it also shows faulty logic.
I actually would love to.
Since current trading system stans are so in love with ZoS's 'original idea' of Guild Traders, let them experience it in its true and pure form, just like ZoS intended.

ZOS intended for us to create addons.

You were the person complaining about pc players trolling on console issues that don’t affect them, right? I personally have not seen that. What I do see is you constantly trolling on a pc issue that has absolutely nothing to do with you.

No, this is the person that was so ecstatic and s-posting when the "one" person wasted over 100 million gold using ghost guilds to waste guild trader spots in Rawl a few weeks ago.

god i hope I wont regret replying to you, but i mean.. the fact that official addon forum exists might be a bit of an indication. https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/60819/welcome-to-the-elder-scrolls-online-add-ons-amp-ui-mods-forum
in that same forum they also habitually, IN ADVANCE update addon creators on any changes to api so that they could make updates before the patch is dropped. and before you say anything about that disclaimer about customer service, what it means is that its up to addon creators to provide support, NOT ZoS. but they actively encourage addons by, you know.. creating the dedicated forum, welcoming players and suggest that they also use it to learn about addon creation.
I'm hoping the person who originally posted the quote will provide the source of it. edited - thank you Reo
