You were the person complaining about pc players trolling on console issues that don’t affect them, right? I personally have not seen that. What I do see is you constantly trolling on a pc issue that has absolutely nothing to do with you.

Why would you want to take the option for people to use the addons they want? if you don't want to use them then don't, but that will be a very bad idea for the PC community.

We could take native voice chat away from consoles, would be fun to see console players do communication the same way PC does it?

    Wow.
I had heard that PC players and console players do not mix well, but that goes beyond anything I could imagine. The level of salt and envy is close to poisonous.

Because he is a console player who delusionally believes that the only reason he can’t have an auction house is because ALL of us on PC are against it, and the reason we are against it is because we have these addons.

Ergo, take away our addons, and everyone will magically prefer an auction house.

That is his agenda here. He does not play on PC. The situation does not even affect him.

And he refuses to see that his logic is flawed, that many of the loudest voices against an auction house are console players.

Then I apologize. I conflated your posts with those of another poster.

But your agenda is exactly what I described. You think removing these addons will increase support for an auction house.

Argue for an auction house, that is fine. I have agreed with several of your posts in other threads about the issue. But arguing to remove api functionality is not only spiteful, but it also shows faulty logic.

Oh I just wanted to see how many people would agree with it be it console or pc. No need to push an agenda when I can push that in the other thread.

god i hope I wont regret replying to you, but i mean.. the fact that official addon forum exists might be a bit of an indication. https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/60819/welcome-to-the-elder-scrolls-online-add-ons-amp-ui-mods-forum

in that same forum they also habitually, IN ADVANCE update addon creators on any changes to api so that they could make updates before the patch is dropped. and before you say anything about that disclaimer about customer service, what it means is that its up to addon creators to provide support, NOT ZoS. but they actively encourage addons by, you know.. creating the dedicated forum, welcoming players and suggest that they also use it to learn about addon creation.

I'm hoping the person who originally posted the quote will provide the source of it. edited - thank you Reo <3

"According to other posters" isn't a great selling point.

    According to other posters...:
    • ...necro is OP and should be nerfed.
    • ...necro is a huge flop and worst class to date.
    • ...crown-to-gold gift exchange is against the TOU.
    • ...and so on and so forth (alliance lock is both best and worst thing ever, nerf sorcs, buff sorcs, fake roles are perfectly acceptable and also rude, and on and on and on).
Just go with "I don't like those add-ons and if people can't use them maybe they'd support a global auction house", rather than frame your position around what some random, baseless statements on the internet suggest.

Yes let's make those GMs/officers work even harder for absolutely no reason at all to help manage and support their guilds. I don't think people like the OP realizes exactly how much work goes behind the scenes of managing guilds both ingame and outside of it. :*

A global auction house, trading addons, greatly improved loading times between zones; the game really needs to implement one of these options.

    Seriously lol.

ZOS uses an API players can use to write addons. Players write addons. ZOS endorses Addons. Simple as that.
PC has them. had them and will always have them.
If you play on console and you are envious about these addons, dont blame the PC ESO community. Blame Microsoft or Sony. If you had addons over there on your consoles. you would gladly use them too. Because they give us on PC a ton of quality of life the game otherwise misses.
Making up claims such us zos does not intend addons are just speculations and/or blame out of envy.
If you generally dont like addons, thats fine. Dont use them. But ONLY BECAUSE YOU ARE AGAINST it, shouldnt mean nobody should be able to use them.

There is nothing else to say here. Other than "you messed up again ZOS. Re-enable the guild history api please" Thank you.

That's fine voice chat is buggy on the game anyways constantly going down constantly kicking you into the wrong chat at random times lol. We can use discord just like PC we also can have 8 people in a party chat as well 😉

It wasn't at all funny for the guild leaders who had to scramble for a backup plan, which turned out to be waiting up all night for the Elsweyr update to be available so they could be among the first to log in once the servers were back up to secure a spot for their guilds. So all that stupid little farce managed to accomplish was removing five guild traders in a prime location from the game for a week, and denying five smaller guilds that might have been able to hire a trader for that week that opportunity. And I suppose make a few malcontents happy for a bit.
This creature called a songbird. What a devious creation! This winged nuisance erodes sanity with its incessant chirping. What a brilliant form of torture!
