Game Crashes at TOS

I turn my client on and whenever I try to scroll through the TOS my game freezes. Anyone else have this issue?

juttaa77b16_ESO✭✭✭✭✭I just logged on to my characters normally after accepting theTOS. Maybe you had some lag spikes, and it will work in a bit. If not, check everything, and maybe submit a ticket if necessary. Good luck. -
