Still have not received BE3 drops

Title says it all. Watched the stream at 2.30 in the morning, boyfriend and friends got the drops, I got nothing (I play on PC). Does anyone know how I contact support about this? I cannot find a way to submit a ticket about this...

At the top of this page there's a link to the support site. Once you're there, and logged in, you can scroll down and file a ticket.
