Fix dragons attack visuals

Dragons are a pain to fight as fragile magdd, especially magdk that is forced into melee and in range of everything a dragon puts out. Basically everything is a one shot unless you're constantly shielding (who has magicka for that) or block casting (who has time for that).

That's fine, that's not my complaint in this post. My gripe is that half the attacks that a dragon does aren't telegraphed in any meaningful way, which makes it pretty frickin' hard to do anything about it, other than just eat it and die. The flame breath when it's flying isn't telegraphed, it's basically a huge, huge AOE that will one shot anyone standing in it, including my DK tank with Dunmer fire resistance. Yet it's very hard to see where the dragon is going to breathe until a split second before it's done, and then you're dead. Also, the lingering fire AOE after the breath is also a huge area one shot attack for anyone moving into it, including my Dunmer DK tank. Yet it's not telegraphed in any way whatsoever, no AOE coloured marker, and it's pretty damn hard to see where the fire ends and begins when there's a ton of other fire attacks going on from dragon and adds and whatnot simultaneously.

Several other attacks aren't telegraphed, and the AOEs don't have the coloured markings that allow you to see where they end and begin. It's fine if you wanna have uber hard overland mobs that one shots pretty much everyone, but at least have the courtsey of telegraphing their huge area attacks in the usual way, so people are at least given a fair chance to react to what's going on, and not just eat everything and bite the dust half the fight.

I eventually had to swap from my DD setup to my tank setup to not repeatedly die to this poorly visualized BS, and even then my Dunmer DK tank with full buffs and health still got one shot in the fire breath or the lingering breath, like I mentioned above.
