Can't reach "Rumination of the Elder Scrolls" in Valieran's Tower (Cyrodiil)

Each time I try carefully walk on ledge of tower ruins to get there I get dragged to death from interacting with book. It is a blue book so I guess it is part of MG boos.

There is also an apple tree that have been put into a pot that stand in the way on the edge to sprint over top the other side and the reverser side seem impossible to climb up to get to that floor where book i slaying on ground. As Stamnecro I don't have any teleport skills like my Magsorc have, so I don't know how to get to that book or interact with it as it pulls me off ledge when I try.

Don't think I have died that many time just for get to a book.

I think I once found a copy of it somewhere in rivenspire... can’t remember where exactly but it’s on/near a cart on one of the roads leading to/from shornhelm I think
