Major lag only while playing my Templar ??

Is anyone have major lag issues to the pout of being unplayable in dungeons ? It only happens on my stamplar (main ) others are ok I played Vom and bc1 last night I had to guess most of my moves last night as lag was sooooooo bad . It was same in sunspots other night but my other classes and toons are okay wtf ! Anyone else get this ???
