Is Vampire Bugged?

Like the title says, is it bugged? I feel like I am taking a lot more damage on all my vampire characters after the chapter patch dropped, and not just from fire damage sources. They struggle to survive now, its bonkers to me, I am having trouble wrapping my head around it. Anyone else having this problem, or have info on a bug?

navystylz_ESO✭✭✭✭There's been moments where my vampire took massive fire damage and my heals weren't doing anything. But 99% of the time fire isn't dangerous so thought it was the instance of fire that was issue and not vampire itself. -

FatelessLava✭✭✭I heard it is bugged. A lot of people I know in vSS have been dropping down to stage 1 on the fire boss because of it. Something about you end up taking a whole lot more damage than you should at stage 2. If I recall.
