Dragonbone Outfit from Collecters edition?

Is there a way I can still get this or buy the collecters edition? I already have the regular Elswyer but i didnt have the money to get the Collectors edition but now i do and steam is saying i cant buy it because I already own a version of this game.

No it will only allow me to gift it to someone.

Okay it might technically be possible if you manually enter key after getting from the store, but I heard they fixed that but who knows. It's not worth the risk.

You could, but hmm. Would steam recognize a code from there? Or of course, you could just not use steam. I rebought the game to get rid of steam which was just a total PITA to use on my connection back then. I'd never use steam again for anything - wish I could get rid of it for Skyrim....
