Lagspikes?

Hey,
might sound stupid but is it just me or is it a general problem right now?

Esp in cyrodil i get really heavy lagspikes up to a couple seconds. Normally game is fine but every like 1-2 minutes i cant do anything...999+ms ping.

Happens everywhere but it seems to be the worst in cyrodil.

oh eh... on PC EU and since a few days... yea had it before patch already.

Just had them in ICP and in Deshaan. We got our guilds and friends back, but we're paying the price.

Jub...just double checked things again...cyrodil like permanent 200+ ping with spikes...pve areas 30-40 ping but also huge spikes.

Meanwhile Ping 10-15 to Apex servers and sitting on 1gb down/200 up so doubt its my connection

Yesterday was exceptionally laggy...guild chat was delayed by minutes at a time which made it impossible to communicate via text...lucky for discord. Then cyrodill was unplayable for me...keeps were not losing health while being attacked, stuck for too long in loadscreens. It was the worst lag i experienced

I've noticed big spikes in heavily populated areas since Elsweyr early access. Never used to happen before.

Lag spikes in wailing prison for sure. skrued up looting bodies. kept getting 'target out of range' issues.

Noticing issues today. The block yellow sigil coming up and not going away. Then my abilities to bar swap fritzed out. A lot of lag with mounting and dismounting. No issues before yesterday.
