With so many numerous pressing issues I'm grateful that the mount and crates got processed smoothly, albeit a delay but with volume being the good and happy cause.

I'm sure there was tension with the severe login issues persisting for many people, but I understand that ZOS isn't made up of mere numbers that can be dragged-and-dropped into whatever department needs them -- rather, real people with separate skillsets.

The good and generosity of ZOS gets overlooked when hard times are upon us, so thank you very much again for the crates and mount!

Twitch drops don't need to be claimed as far as I know. I got two emails saying a code had been redeemed on my account.
And when I logged in the mount had already been added to collections.
If you got the notification e-mails you are probably good to go.

Would be nice if there had been a way for EU players to get a chance to get these too - was working the next day so couldn’t stay up so late to watch

Agree with the OP, after yesterdays desaster with the guilds etc. on the EU server, I was quite happy that this worked as expected, thus thanks

As to the comments on Monday morning, well I just put on my alarm at 2:30 and watched the stream on my iPad in my bed and continued sleeping afterwards, not a big deal actually, even if you need to get up for work at 5:30

To the EU ppl complaining. Just do what all us might shift did leave the twitch browser open. If you claim "electrical use" then you didn't need the items. I work from 3p to 3a so I just opened browser.

Thanks for the mount and for the gems from the crates.

Not going to say thank you for the crates themselves, as opening five lots of consumables (as most people seem to have done) was a pretty pointless waste of time.

Yeah the pots make me want to skin Pacrooti alive many times slowly. But at least I get gems for the secondary Crown Store market. And free is free.

Might even work with your smartphone on Twitch app if you have your own router at home to give your smart phone wifi. I might try during the next twitch drop on the 14th.

They weren't free. You were an extra in a corporate theater production. They have numbers they want to show people and paid us these items for showing up.

I liked the deal that was offered and participated. I'm on the west coast, so it was super easy. I'm glad they chose to prioritize our attendance so much that they loaded up the offer, but "free" is just plain false.

I just have a bad feeling. Another headache with support again. Just after guild issue feels tiring. I really really hope all works out

Free in this context clearly means "with no monetary cost" though. As you usually need to spend money to get the crates. So I don't think calling them free is wrong.
