Do you think daily crafting should reward AP?

I know, some might think those who do not join PVP or participate in war should not gain AP. But I always wonder, isn't our crafted product supporting war effort? Shouldn't we get at least small amount of AP?

I'ma say no, but I really do empathize with the people who want to perform well in the game content of their choice (PvE or PvP) but are kind of shoehorned into doing a large amount of the content they don't like in order to remain competitive. It's definitely way worse for pure PvPers though, if it makes you feel any better. I don't know what it's like since I love all the different types of content in this game, but that also means I understand what people have to go through if they prefer a certain type, and in terms of grind it's just abysmal to slog through, for example, Undaunted ranks.

    like, hell no.

I get where your coming from, but many before you had to suck it up and earn it pvp style. to change it so that crafting gets you there would cause an explosion of Thanosian proportions.

Oh, I don't know that. Yes, I suggest this mainly because of my pacifist character.

    Btw, are keeps always broken?

I thought I had seen everything then this.

On top of the pacifist means stated above, you can earn AP via the daily login rewards when they rewards AP. I know someone who got War Horn that way, so they say.
    Really, idk

Logically I see where you're coming from. As opposed to Writs though, might I suggest a special daily picked up in Cyrodiil that you do once per day instead of 9x?

It will never happen though. The "I had to so you should too" crowd is too pervasive

Just craft your way to caltrops and warhorn?

Silly argument, since you can literally farm AP by losing BGs and still get there in half a day of BG grinding... Go in, pretend to play to not go sgainst ToS, profit.

Saying that getting ap from crafting makes things too easy is a dead argument. It's already as easy as it gets. You can literally do nothing, fail at it, most miserably fail, and still get it.

As for getting AP from crafting, I think it would be ok if you did it in cyrodiil. Set some delivery drop-off site in the towns and if you deliver them there, you get AP.

Not a bad idea and can also amount to quite a bit AP.

Yes, something is always broken :). And you can teleport to all keeps of your faction.

Sure, since we are at it, let's get vouchers killing players. What's wrong with that? o.O

You can get AP repairing and there are also the scout missions, you could take some resources on occasion. Seems to me very wrong to get ap from writs lol.

Only if crafted in Cyro, I'd be ok with more AP. And researching in Cyro as well.

Voting no because AP is given as daily login rewards on occasion. That alone unlocks the skill line for my toon, do a few BGs, then I have what I need. If leveling up a new toon, do the BGs under 50, get it knocked out early and when it's a bit easier. This coming from PvEer.

I do not like PvP in this game and I'm still going to go "no" even though one could argue it makes sense given the goods we craft are going towards the war effort according to some of the NPC dialogue when you do turn-ins.

    Pick daily in Cyrodiil.
Must use 150 ruby ash to craft a treb, plus some silk for the banners, and a few runes for the projectile enchant. Maybe some more bits and bobs. Deliver item. Get some AP.

    That might make some sense.
