In current system, this ability feels like fast version of wardens Cliff Racer.

This change will be somehow nerf to not allow hit from a distance when no bow or staves in hands, but also better weaving if with melee weapon it will not trow, but smite target with skull in hand instead.

And what will blastbones do when you cast its melee version, and your opponent steps away? Run in circles around you, and explode after?
I guess this is the current implementation (at least that's what my blastbones do all the time), so just go open the game and enjoy

With this same logic you are using, should we not be able to use class skills that heal us if we don't have a healing staff equipped?
