I live in Japan. 830 PM EST on June 6th is 930am Monday in Japan. I am at work and unable to log into Twitch and watch a stream. So what are your non NA customers to do? We are the same customers. Many of us pay for ESO+ such as myself. Yet, due to how you set this giveaway, it's really only North Americans who will have the chance to watch and redeem the mount. At the least, this opportunity should be provided 3 times to account for the various parts of the world.

sorry but what you understand from "unable to log into Twitch and watch a stream"?
you know there are jobs, places where you cant even just open this and leave alone muted to play with not to mention not everyone who can play an game have also access to an device which can be On nonstop for good few hours without giving it break and possibility to charge
this is just pissing on literally everyone who are not in NA or not having self material wealth close to average NA customer...you know, just poorer countries in EU where not everyone is rich enough to have his own vehicle worth of dozens of tousands dollars4 -

It would be so easy to either give this a 24 hour window or air the steam at an additional time or 2 to help the global audiences.

How else would you watch the stream for the free mount anyways? You would have to run up someone's electric bill to power your computer to even watch any stream period.4 -

Smart phones work well. I start up twitch and turn down the volume and turn the phone upside down.3
