Group finder busted again?

For about 20 min earlier no matter what I did, I could not que for anything. The error said "you can not que at this time"....but I did not have any time restrictions and had not qued for anything yet today. Now, I've been in que for 45 min for random normal.....which seems like an exceptionally long que for random normal.

Is group finder all bugged out again for anyone else?
