will spinners affect the dmg of my zaan tics? Or are sets unaffected by penetration and max stats. Spell dmg etc... Thanks 🙂

✭✭✭✭Damage done/damage received, CP, passives and penetration/resistance can effect dmg proc sets.
Max mag/stam, crit, crit dmg, and weapon/spell dmg do not effect dmg proc sets.
Penetration will help as long as you are not over-penetrating your targets resistances.PC Beta - 2200+ CP
