At the very least, I think they should offer the community some insight into their reasoning should they choose not to explore these amazing QoL features that you have already done the work on.
It would be good if people would share this thread in their community housing guilds. We need momentum in order to encourage ZOS to look into this.

All I can say most emphatically is YES!

Without the accurate movement features of EHT, I would not be able to enjoy housing the way I do. With my disability I do not seem to have much fine twitch motor skill left. That means while using the stock interface, my hands and wrists tire out rather quickly, and I can not get the accurate placement I desire no matter how much I tried. My hands and arms can get twitchy and that nice bed can end up sticking out of a wall if my hand spasms, lol. The stock interface frustrated me, but when I discovered EHT and all that it could do, I fell in love with housing.

EHT has grown so much since then. The inventory control, the management of complex builds, the ability to store and remember those builds, the ability to animate, the special Fx. The list could go on, but this tool that you created is not just some cool add-on, but a must have quality of life savior for housing and a source of inspiration. Without it I honestly would not invest what I do into housing.

I for one am very appreciative for what you have done and would love to see this integrated into the game.

Housing has so much potential, spending more clock cycles developing housing and overcoming its shortcomings is a good investment from my perspective.

Omg, yes!!! Where to even begin listing the things I love about EHT. For me the ability to add things like paintings, floor coverings, pets, and other decorations without adding to my item total is a gift from the gods! Even having the capability to place a 2 dimensional 'weapon' on a rack or on my wall brought tears to my eyes!

I love EHT and use it everyday when playing (on busy days just to port to other people's non-primary houses but I do try to squeeze some decorating in daily too!)

I vote yes because the EHT Hub is amazing for porting around to friends houses, doing house tours, etc. The FX are great to add more to an already solid build that is maxed out on item slots. I just hope the Community aspect and Open House features become a reality for us Mac users.

I nearly wept a minute ago when I saw you had done a Mac version of the Housing Community features. I love this add-on and I've yet to even scratch the surface. Honestly I couldn't live without EHT. I really only use it for the options of aligning stuff on the same plane and for precision moving either micro movements or big movements. I do like dabbling with animations here and there. And I like the basic FX with changing lightning and weather but I will admit i don"t use FX alot cause when you put a bunch around each other you sort of see the clip and the majority of FX seems a bit 2 dimensional.

But PLEASE BRING EHT TO BASE GAME.

100% yes. I still haven't explored all of EHT but I am in love with the FX, especially the NPC's whom you can add text to. Has made my Villa WAY more special.

I was unaware of the Housing Hub though but am greatly intrigued. Will explore it next I log on.
