I've recently heard that ppl got crown refund after this nightflame mistake, but i didnt, did they really get refunds ? Is there any1 here that can confirm ?

The only reason ZOS would issue a refund on something would be if it weren't functioning right after purchase, and the refund wouldn't just be out of the blue. There would be communication as to what, exactly, the refund was for.

The display issue isn't with the Outfit style itself; it was how it was showing up in the Crown Store. From what I hear it was displaying as the FPO error/placeholder thing. I don't think the preview display was showing anything wrong; I'm not even sure if the preview would have been available with it like that. Though I don't know for sure, and if it was the preview display that was showing the wrong effect and that's why someone bought it, I imagine ZOS would indeed refund them if they put a ticket in about it.

No, it was not the glow. It was just the picture in the crown store. The weapons have the glow.PC/NA/EP ✌️1 -

No it the crownstore menu the pack was represanted bu a black square with a red fpo on it0 -
