I understand that all ultimates inherit your highest resource/offensive stat, but what about your critical chance? Is that based on what type of damage it is like physical/poison for weapon crit or magic/flame for spell crit? Or is it simply whichever is highest between your spell and weapon crit just like the scaling with your highest stam or magicka?

✭✭✭They should take your highest crit modifier, just like damage and resource.
But note that penetration IS NOT considered. Your light armor Concentration passive or Major Breech debuff won't benefit a physical ult. That is a big deal.6
