Idle Magicka Regen bugged ?!

Hey ,
Just got to PVP Today , and reconized that cloaking around feels different Mana-wise , the Lost.
Checked my Regen Stats says Magickaregen 2011 , with Extended Stats you can see your Regen in Idle
And it says 1928 Magicka Regen , cant be must be something Misscalculated.
Someone else experiencing the same Issues ?
Iam totally sure before Patch is was like round 2.5k .

Edit: seems Like Juwel Regen Glyphs only add to Infight Regen , not to Idle Regen Oo
can someone confirm ?

I tried making a permacloaking build a while back (after morrowind regen nerfs), and yeah, out of combat regen is worse with high regen builds. My conclusion was that there is a regen cap somewhere around 2.1-2.2k (don't remember the exact number). Because no matter what I changed it seemed to be at that level. My solution was to use regen proc sets and spell cost reduction (warlock+seducer with cost reduction on all jewelry pieces).

Didn't play with stuff like that a lot though, so it's been quite a while since I tested this... Having everything optimized for max out of combat regen makes for a horrible build in practice.

Thanks for mentioning this, OP. I feel like this has been happening, too, I just couldn't quite put my finger on what was wrong. When I am out of combat, I frequently am standing at an IC flag refreshing my buffs. In the old days my magicka seemed to rebound faster.
