Necromancer, All Passives In Bone Tyrant Skill Make Me Unable to Mount/Sprint

I originally didn't know what was going on and thought it was client side but after resting skills I could sprint again, so I decided to test if it was a skill making my new stamina necromancer unable to run/mount even after logging out, and after roughly 20k gold waisted on reseting skills i found
All the skills In bone tyrant that are passive make me unable to Sprint at any time Or Mount, and give me animation glitches No idea why but I play absolutely fine after resetting my skills
Just thought I should bring this to someones attention since i have no seen anything else about this issue
