Performance issue cyrodil

With this update performance in cyrodil has been horrendous for me I usually used to get around 350+ but now whenever there is fight it goes up 999+ and I get disconnected oh forgot to mention the fps drops goes from 100 to 30s is anybody else getting the same issues?
