2+ Year Issue - Still not fixed - Disconnect after finishing instance

Left ESO for a bit - Back for Necro Expansion, running dungeons and still get disconnected at the end of the run trying to leave group.
It's worse than ever, happens 90% of the time and is still not fixed despite being reported 2 + years ago.
yes I appreciate I can log back in - just it should be a simple fix to stop an annoying problem.
I laughingly ask and eta on fix ? another year or so ?
