Soul Tether = Dot ?

Thoragaal✭✭✭✭There are two different damaging components to soul tether. First it deals direct aoe damage, after that it deals additional damage over time.
Master-at-Arms increases the direct damage component, Thaumaturge increases the DoT.
Spell Erosion and Elemental Expert increases both.The road to hell is paved with good intentions.
