I don't want anyone spoiling 8 out of 10 Cats for me.
Never watched an episode - but plan to at some stage.
Sounds like someone didn't know that the movie was based on a historical event.Jolipinator wrote: »Why only Game of Thrones spoilers? There are lots of shows that could be spoiled.

I actually saw someone get upset about people revealing spoilers in a theater playing Titanic once way back when that movie released.
The spoiler in question was "The ship sinks."

A theater near where i live do rerun it on the anniversery of the sinking last month and some guy attacked another because he spoiled the ship sinking...keep in mind it was a month ago, near 20 year after the movie releaseJolipinator wrote: »Why only Game of Thrones spoilers? Same. The global mega-fascination is incomprehensible to me. I read 5 or 6 books almost twenty years ago and came away with "fair to middlin' ".
Then again, I don't understand the mega-fascination with a number of television shows.

If you want to watch an actual GOOD show, try The Vet Life, Dr Dee (alaskan vet?), Dr Jeff - Rocky Mountain Vet... and the like. They actually help people in the real world, and their animals most of all. It's the only thing that looks GOOD on TV as far as i can tell.
You should. It's really good. And not like "it's popular so it's good". I mean it's actually good.
Gotta start from the beginning though. You'll be completely lost and confused if you start in the middle somewhere.

It's definitely in the "it's popular so it's good camp".
The show has been awful ever since they ran out of book material. The plot makes no sense anymore (the shows main story line of 7.5 seasons was a red herring, lol). Characters do things with no previous character development to support their actions. Dialogue has devolved into melodramatic one-liners. It's been a disaster for a while now.

I admit that last couple of seasons have not quite been up to par with what the first several seasons were like, but it's still pretty good IMO.
