How to get potions on PTS?

I cant seem to find the node that gives "essence of weapon power" or any other potions on PTS. What gives?

With an endless supply of alchemy reagents, all you have to do is unlock the skills and head to the alchemy station.

you can buy tri-res potions from crown store. Also there is PTS section on this forum.
