How would you like a Vampire Lord to work?

To be clear I'm not asking "IF" it should exist only "for fun" how you'd like it to work if it was in the game. Two very different transformations come to mind right now that are Werewolves (You transform into an entirely new character with entirely new skills) or Bone Tyrant (It's a polymorph with stats so you get to use your standard skills)

Vampire should have the ability to use all their other skills. Where a werewolve can't do much outside its form. But I still feel like werewolves should get a set passive stat when not in werewolve form (like the increase to stamina regen when the skill is slotted should be a passive so they always have it.)

It should be a polymorph; kinda like the Wraith of Crows.

I would kill to have the werewolf slotted passive stam regan always active. I wouldn't even care if the poison/Fighters Guild weakness was always on to compensate XD

I think it should be added as an entirely new bloodline option that works like werewolves IMO.

Like, we could keep the normie vampire skill line then have the vampire lord line, and lastly werewolves.

That way those that, for whatever reason like how present vampire is can be happy, and those that want change can also be happy.

Plus I'd really like to see what skills they could make for a full blown vampire lord transformation.

However, if such a thing were to come into existence I would want it to be complete separate from Noxiphilic Sanguivoria (Lamae Beolfag's bloodline). So in this way vampire players who want vampire skills that augment their playstyle can use the currently available strain of vampirism, while those who want a werewolf esque vampire lord skill line via an ultimate can get that through a completely different bloodline.

    • Parse Food for PvE:(DPS) Ghastly Eye Bowl (increases Max Magicka by 4592 and Magicka Recovery by 459 for 2 hours).
    • Gold/Purple Food for Sorc PvP and Meme Tanking:(PvP) Clockwork Citrus Filet (increases Max Health by 3326, Health Recovery by 406 [useful if stage 1 vampire], Max Magicka by 3080, and Magicka Recovery by 338 for 2 hours). Witchmother's Potent Brew (Increase Max Magicka by 2856, Max Health by 3094, and Magicka Recovery by 315 for 2 hours.
    • Trash Potions when feeling cheap: Regular CP150 Essence of Magicka pots that I obtain frequently from playing the game or Crown Tri-Restoration Potion obtained from dailies.
    • Crafted Potions: Essence of Spell Critical (Bugloss, Lady's Smock, and Water Hyacinth). Without magelight this is my primary means of obtaining Major Prophecy on my Sorc, which increases my Spell Critical Rating. This also heals and restores magicka. Essence of Immovability (Columbine, Corn Flower, and Wormwood). I use this in PvP, since this gives me stealth detection, knockback immunity, and restores magicka (better to use it when competent allies are nearby, since it might reveal that you are surrounded by multiple players in stealth and you will not have an emergency pot available after use). Essence of Invisibility with only 2 ingredients (Blue Entoloma, Namira's Rot, Nirnroot, or Spider Egg). I use this in PvE content that requires stealth and if I need more speed I'll use Rapid Maneuver before using the potion. Essence of Invisibility with 3 ingredients (Blessed Thistle, Blue Entoloma, and Namira's Rot). Very useful in PvP alongside the vampire Dark Stalker passive, since you'll be invisible, ignore movement speed penalty while in Crouch, and you'll have a 30% movement speed boost from Major Expedition (I always have this slotted when riding from point A to B in PvP land, since gankers are always lurking). My templar/arcanist will mostly use Essence of Health (Tri-Stat Potion) Ingredients: (Mountain Flower, Columbine, and Bugloss).

It's a polymorph with stats so you get to use your standard skills

This part does not make sense because there is not a polymorph in the game that provides stats. So I did not vote since The answer I would have chosen seems to have a hidden meaning.

I think an actual polymoroph for appearance would be great. An ult that changes us like WW does would just ruin the vamp design and make it junk. Before anyone replies that it is only used for the passives, not so. I have used and have seen it used in competitive raiding and I use them in PvP.

    @JadonSky
It used to be, but they removed it due to the fact that it made WW worth running on any stamina or tank character without actually ever using the skill line. I believe their reason for removing it was that it shouldn't be necessary to be a WW or a Vampire in order to compete with other players. I mean, basically all endgame players in PvE and PvP ran either vampire or werewolf at one point, because there were no downsides to being a werewolf since you didn't need to transform for the stamina regen, and the downsides to being a vampire were outweighed by the Undeath passive, which made you tougher to kill in most situations that didn't involve fire. Personally I think it's a good change. It makes your choice of becoming a vampire or a werewolf more meaningful.

As Saturn said the WW had a static stam regen. As they indicated their was no downside to getting that benefit unlike how vamp is designed.

Also fun fact: ES (The ES part of "ESO") has very extensive vampire and werewolf lore and as much as you *may* think it'd make ESO "Twilight", the fact of the matter is that vampires/werewolves have a big place in ES lore as much as anything else.

If you don't want vampires/werewolves, it might be wise to pick a different universe. Try WoW or FFXIV or GW2.
