Not getting responses from ZoS support anymore.
I used to get at least an automated response when I submitted a ticket, but the last couple bug reports I have not.
The last one was cosmetic issue so I wasn't too concerned, but the most recent bug cost me 50 transmute stones.

I bought a ring. Accepted ring from mail, but the mail wouldn't delete. So I figured it would after I reloaded next time. So I transmuted the ring and enchanted the ring and then equipped it. Relogged to get something off a character and it let me delete the mail. When I went back to the character with the ring, it was back in his inventory, un-enchanted and un-transmuted - but the Transmute stones were still spent, and the enchantment gone. I didn't overly sweat the enchant, even though it cost me a kuta - but 50 trans stones isn't anything to sneeze at. Was hoping to get some help, but never heard from zos (checked junk to make sure nothing has been marked as spam and it has not).
