Complete counter class to magicka users, barely affects stamina classes. Enjoy being incap-spammed in cyrodiil. What was that we wanted removed from cyrodiil? The rock, paper, scissors element? And this sustain passive, like why? It was never an issue to sustain on nightblade.

GG ZOS, one step forward then one leap back. Wrobel would've done better.
