    Take the PS4 and TESO software to a computer tech support service, such as the Best Buy "Geek Squad" or the Staples "Tech Support Team". Or you can learn now to download and install the software correctly yourself. Just don't expect us to teach you how to do that. There are plenty of instructions on the Support service which you can access by using the Support link in the banner at the top of this page.
