Master Merchant "Dependency" Issue (Solved can delete thread)

Hi, having an issue with Master Merchant on my sons computer. It said it was out of date, and he had it turned off for quite awhile. Wants to start using it again so he went and downloaded the current version today. When he started up ESO MM isn't working and in the addons it is in red with "Dependency" next to it.
I have MM on mine and it works fine so I know how to install it. So he deleted ALL the MM files and the SavedVariables MM ones as well. To go one step further he also deleted all his other addons - there weren't many and he wasn't using them anyway. Fresh download, extract and install and same "Dependency" issue.
Does MM now need another file as well that I perhaps have and don't remember or realize that it is MM related as well?
