The maintenance is complete, and the PTS is now back online and patch 11.1.0 is available.

Wrecking Blow Oversight?

So with the change to wrecking blow and cast time skills in general, it is a little more dps if you only spam the skill and no light attacks.
However wrecking blow and dark flare for that matter give empower... Which buffs your light attack. Soooooo don't weave it for more dps buy the skill encourages weaving. That's head spinningly bad! No it's DIZZYINGLY bad!
Oversight that needs to be corrected imo.
