I know the devs have tried to keep things relatively "realistic" with colors in general, but we're still in a fantasy world, and even by ESO standards there are a lot of reasons to have more variety in eye/hair colors. we already have bright red eyes for vampires, so it's not like it's completely different. I understand that people might not want a bright pink hair, and i can agree with that, but even basic options like black hair for elves, or a true ginger hair are things that exist in real life, naturally.
there's a bunch of magic related reasons why a character could have a non regular eye color and it wouldn't realy be as annoying to see as maybe haircolors. werewolves can have yellow eyes, vampires have red. and manu of our characters could have much more colors too based on magic, vivid blue, purple, etc.
I'm not againt them being put as some sort of premium features that have to be bought either, as long as we can access them.
