All currently-existing campaigns will be shut down once Elsweyr launches. We hope you enjoyed your time in Vivec, Shor, Sotha Sil and Kyne!
In keeping with the Season of the Dragon, we will be introducing 6 new campaigns with some new rules added:
Bahlokdaan: 30 Day No CP & Alliance Locked
Kaalgrontiid: 30 Day CP Enabled & Alliance Locked
Yolnahkriin: 7 Day CP Enabled
Mulaamnir: Levels 10-49
Imperial City: No CP
Imperial City: CP Enabled
Alliance Locked Campaigns are a new style of Campaign rule that’s only being applied to 30 day durations. In these Campaigns, each account will only be able participate with, and represent, a single Alliance for the duration of the Campaign.
According to the notes there is no 7 day noCP campaign. Bahlokdaan is alliance locked, so any player who has characters with different alliances and doesn’t want to play CP PvP is essentially forced to play IC or not play PvP at all except with characters which are in the locked alliance.
To me, that’s not a very user friendly solution. Another 7 day noCP campaign would be great therefore.

✭✭Yeah this implementation of faction lock is nothing but trash, good only for people who play one character or alliance. Most people play all the alliances.Playing your character the way your character should play is all that matters. Play as well as you can but never betray the character. Doing so would make playing an mmoRPG pointless.3 -

✭✭Agree that there needs to be an unlocked 7 day no-cp campaign. @dazee Where are you getting your numbers? A link would be nice, since as far as I know, zos hasn't released any detailed info regarding player alliance choices and number of toons. Nowhere near enough population especially considering two new IC campaigns. Only Vivec should have been locked to test it out for a month or two. And I understand moving the IC out but opening two extra campaigns when only one campaign is filled consistently, and even that’s near dead at certain times, just doesn’t make sense.0
