I have. But it's more a function of not caring or being unwilling to change gear than being actually bad at it.

...the same is probably true of most "PvE players who are bad at PvP."

Absolutely. . That's why I have two gear/skill setups. I do find, in my experience, however (I'm sure there are buttclown PVE'ers too.. I've met some) I find that the PVEers I know and run with are more likely to give you helpful advice than deride you.

Don’t forget PvE players who are bad at PvE. Seriously, anyone refusing to do a tiny bit of research and practice will be bad. No need to put them in an artificial bucket.

I have met plenty of PvP players that were either below average or actually decent in PvE. Having a high rank or fancy PvP title doesn't mean they'll be doing decent damage, tanking properly, or have the game sense to heal when needed, but as I said there are those who are good at both.

    Favorite Foods and Potions
    https://media.giphy.com/media/3otPoTggaYFNd1FdAI/giphy.gif
    • Parse Food for PvE:(DPS) Ghastly Eye Bowl (increases Max Magicka by 4592 and Magicka Recovery by 459 for 2 hours).
    • Gold/Purple Food for Sorc PvP and Meme Tanking:(PvP) Clockwork Citrus Filet (increases Max Health by 3326, Health Recovery by 406 [useful if stage 1 vampire], Max Magicka by 3080, and Magicka Recovery by 338 for 2 hours). Witchmother's Potent Brew (Increase Max Magicka by 2856, Max Health by 3094, and Magicka Recovery by 315 for 2 hours.
    • Trash Potions when feeling cheap: Regular CP150 Essence of Magicka pots that I obtain frequently from playing the game or Crown Tri-Restoration Potion obtained from dailies.
    • Crafted Potions: Essence of Spell Critical (Bugloss, Lady's Smock, and Water Hyacinth). Without magelight this is my primary means of obtaining Major Prophecy on my Sorc, which increases my Spell Critical Rating. This also heals and restores magicka. Essence of Immovability (Columbine, Corn Flower, and Wormwood). I use this in PvP, since this gives me stealth detection, knockback immunity, and restores magicka (better to use it when competent allies are nearby, since it might reveal that you are surrounded by multiple players in stealth and you will not have an emergency pot available after use). Essence of Invisibility with only 2 ingredients (Blue Entoloma, Namira's Rot, Nirnroot, or Spider Egg). I use this in PvE content that requires stealth and if I need more speed I'll use Rapid Maneuver before using the potion. Essence of Invisibility with 3 ingredients (Blessed Thistle, Blue Entoloma, and Namira's Rot). Very useful in PvP alongside the vampire Dark Stalker passive, since you'll be invisible, ignore movement speed penalty while in Crouch, and you'll have a 30% movement speed boost from Major Expedition (I always have this slotted when riding from point A to B in PvP land, since gankers are always lurking). My templar will mostly use Essence of Health (Tri-Stat Potion) Ingredients: (Mountain Flower, Columbine, and Bugloss).

Did normal mol with such a group. It was different. I have been around lunar cycle almost three before ..and lived.

Still I don't hold it against them, but it seriously become quite petty with number of PvP players not seeing there is skill needed in both practices.

If they are decent at pvp they’ll be decent at pve, now if they mainly play pvp that doesn’t meant they’re good at it. Still a lot of top trial players on my platform have been filled with pvp players over the years.

Really? All you have to do is switch gear, some skills and know how to PvP compared to dungeon mechanics. It’s not brain surgery.

the cute thing is when the devs sit on the dev stream and pretend like pvp and pve is interchangeable, and perfectly viable to only need 1 set of skills and gear, and thats why we dont have multiple builds allowed
if it was the case, thered be no issue, as the game would be balanced, and not have gimmicky pvp only skills, specs, and gear, that make pvp effortless against pve'rs

And all the really elite PVE players I know can certainly handle themselves in Cyro. Good players are good, period.

Also, most of the really good players I know stay out of this stupid PVE/PVP debate. They might be kick'n z'maja's butt on Monday, and slay'n AD on Tuesday. In fact, I would go as far as saying that if you dont play both, there are probably some serious holes in your game.
