Wasn't sure where to post this, but:

Why isn't it available on Steam? You can buy the packages that include all of the other chapters, but you can't buy the digital collector's edition upgrade by itself on Steam. I have the game on Steam, I have all of the other chapters through Steam. Why can't I -just- buy the digital collector's upgrade from Steam?

    It shows up for me in the Steam store-- not an online store (i.e., web page in browser), but the one that's in the Steam launcher on the "Store" tab. It's actually listed only once when you search for it, as "The Elder Scrolls Online - Elswey." But when you click on it to view the details you should see four different versions of it listed:

    Pre-Purchase The Elder Scrolls Online - Elsweyr Upgrade … $39.99
    Pre-Purchase The Elder Scrolls Online - Elsweyr Digital Collector's Edition Upgrade … $49.99
    Pre-Purchase The Elder Scrolls Online - Elsweyr … $59.99
    Pre-Purchase The Elder Scrolls Online - Elsweyr Digital Collector's Edition … $79.99

    The two "upgrade" versions are just the Elsweyr chapter.

    The other two are the ESO base game plus the Morrowind, Summerset, and Elsweyr chapters (but not the other DLC).
    I've fought mudcrabs more fearsome than me!
