Alinor Lag In Shrine Building

Does anyone else experience severe lag within the building with all of the Shrines in Alinor? Every single time I enter that building, since Summerset went live, to change my skills it feels like the game becomes extremely sluggish. And it is the only room I have ever experienced this in with consistency. I am on Xbox NA.

KappaKid83✭✭✭✭✭100% get this no matter what addons I have enabled or disabled. Frames drop to 5 and get a slide show from latency until I get about halfway to the shrine.0
