New Elsweyr alchemy ingredients - Minor Heroism

So, in Elsweyr we will get 2 new alchemy ingredients, that drop from overland dragons. In potion form, they give Minor Heroism, with combinations that allow to get stamina or lingering health as additional effect. In poison form, it gives healing negation and bugged form of minor heroism.

I don't think that Minor Heroism pot will benefit that much. What about changing it to Minor Berserk instead? NBs would have an burst option they opt to have and other classes would that can't have it at all without Combat Prayer also have it.

Minor Heroism = More War Horns in PvE. Also NBs have Catalyst and Transfer Passives, if you combine them with Minor Heroism, you will get constant Ultimates en in PvP...

The Negate Healing poison it's nice addition since StamBlade is losing his Major Defile...

Tanks already have Minor Heroism through Heroic Slash and it is such a bread and butter skill that no one is going to drop it. Except maybe some weird off-meta potion cooldown glyphs argonian NB tank who relies on shade for AoE maim but this is going so far off-meta that Horn is not even relevant anymore. And healers will not get off their magicka pots for a bit of ulti gen. So for PvE it is pretty moot.

Can be interesting in PvP though but once again, immovability pot or Minor Heroism? The choice is simple.
