Ever just want to get banned?

Do you ever just REALLY want to share how you feel about the perpetual nerfing of your class that you spent so much time and RL $ on so you just get banned and are forced to just give up and stop playing to move on?

I'm never a quitter and so it's near impossible to just quit... even during frustrations. That being said, I've spent a LOT on this game, both monetarily and time, and with how they just totally wreck a character class (whether YOU agree with it or not) it's pretty devastating. I know mmos balance etc. I've been mmo'ing since eq1, but this is absurd.

I'm inclined to share my real thoughts on zos and the dev team and let them end this for me... anyone else feel the same?

Mostly I just get amazed that people get so worked up over a game, and think that they should maybe switch to decaf and/or take a step back. /shrug

If you really feel that strongly then do everyone a favor, including yourself, act like an adult and just leave. Take your attention and your money elsewhere and end your presence here yourself instead of attracting the banhammer.

No, it's just a game and none of my characters has yet been altered in any way that necessitated changing the way I played them. That said, I'm not a competitive player and I do understand that those who take these things seriously will be seriously upset when things change. However, why anyone should feel so strongly about it that they would rather be banned than simply walk away from the game is utterly beyond me.

Personally I like the fact that in a genre where games are intended to be played for years things like class skills etc are subject to change. I'd hate to think that these sorts of things were set in stone the day the game launched and could never be touched ever again.

Just take a break for a bit. I did for a month & when I came back I missed playing it and really enjoy it now.

You'd be surprised what even a small break can do.

I had some issues when they nerfed templars, dks, and sorcs, but not so much now. Probably because I dont play nightblade much. Ya, it sucks, but everyone knew this day would come. The only consolation I can give you is that it’s never really as bad as it seems.

False. I know a player from way back in the day who was trying to show Zos the Vmaw glitch and how it was done so they could fix it. He posted a video showing what skills were used, exactly where the hole in the map was, what route people take etc. He even went so far as to not take anything out of the chests. He simply showed how to get to them, all the way to Rakkhat. He was banned the next day. He got his account back of course but you can definitely get banned for what you post.

Don't ever complain, and if somebody complains, tell them how stupid they are.
Their forum their rules.

Moral of the story, don't like the game they make.

You'll just waste your time playing their game.

Why even bother in the first place.
