Wayshrine to Stros M''Kai not working
I logged on the Elsweyr PTS, made a new character (Breton Necromancer), logged on that character, and began in the tutorial mode.
At about level 6 or 7, I decided I wanted to travel to the Daggerfall Covenant starting area and work from there. I hadn't yet talked to Abnur Tharn for the Rage of Dragons quest.
I went to one of the Wayshrines in Elsweyr and selected the Port Hundig wayshrine in Stros M'Kai. To be brief, I discovered that the game hangs on the zoning screen at that point. A number of attempts failed to complete; the zoning screen is displayed and never arrive in Port Hundig. I waited as much as 8 hours (overnight) and found the zoning screen still displayed in the morning. The only way to abort the hangup is to close the game (ALT-F4).
I discovered that this hangup happens with any of the 8 other characters on the PTS (copied from Live) when attempting travel to Stros M'Kai.
I haven't tested all of the other wayshrines in the game, but the 5 or 6 I did test are working; only Stros M'Kai so far is not working.

✭✭Several zones etc. are not accessible. Can't get in and can't load character who happens to be in such.

rpa, thank you for the information. I looked at the forum thread your link points to. I see that I'm not alone with this problem.
The last time I ran ESO yesterday morning, I couldn't even log in the PTS with my new Necromancer. The old (copied from live) characters could, and when I made a new character I had no problem playing.
I did not attempt to go to Stros M'Kai with that newest one, but played in Elsweyr up to about level 10 with no problem.
This morning I started ESO and logged (the first Necromancer) on the PTS successfully, and was able to take a wayshrine to Stros M'Kai without any delay.
I hope that means that the problem has been resolved, not just a lucky attempt. I'll see how it goes as I proceed.0
