Struggling to obtain gear which should be easy to obtain but isnt.

I need hulking draugr for my stamplar dps but I can't get it becuase dungeons are dead and no one is ever interested in farming. even queueing as healer I wait a half hour or more. Makes me want to log off and play another game.

If anyone knows an actually active and friendly group which actually farms stuff let me know. I'll be playing something else meanwhile.

Which server are you on? What class do you play? I used my magplar to solo the dungeon on normal to farm my Hulking Drauger gear. It was a lot easier than trying to get a group together. It's actually a rather easy dungeon. If you need purple jewelry you'll have to run it on vet, but if you can afford to upgrade jewelry I'd just run it on normal and upgrade the blue jewelry which is a common drop. I'm on PC/NA PST and would be happy to help you farm it since I already have my set.

It's PC/NA and yeah I need weaps and jewelry. cant afford to upgrade jewelery. I'm @DaZee in game too. not online right now but should be on a bit later today to try again.

You can solo Direfrost Keep, done it on both normal and vet.

I feel you man. I got sick of people not wanting to run dungeons either, and decided to just do it all by myself. That's why I turned my Magplar into a shield stacking solo machine. So far Normal dungeons are easy to solo, Vet can be tricky depending on the dungeon. This is at CP 320 so not even a full template yet. But you can just farm the normal gear sets in normal, and just upgrade them to purple later.

I wonder how the anniversary even will change this? Should be more people queuing, but that could make the waits longer or shorter for any given dungeon. You won't be waiting for the group to fill, but there may be more ahead of you.

Your best bet is waiting for a day when Direfrost is the pledge.

Run a tank through. The queue will pop immediately. Or solo it on normal. The stat difference between Blue and Purple is small. Or re-access your build and run Hulk on the body pieces? Easier to farm on normal

I hear ya. I had to solo it 27 times to get all my Hulking. That's how I learned the pressure plate skip.

I ignore bind-on-pickup sets when designing my characters for this reason. "Farm" is not in my vocabulary outside of actual farming. I wish bind-on-pickup was not a thing for these dungeons. I would actually run them more often if I could sell/exchange gear out of them with players other than those who were in my instance.

More people actually increases the chances of the gear or peices you want better run in group cuz RNGesus

Btw I'm trying to farm Iceheart helm from Vet Direfrost. If you want to to man it, hit me up @goregrind3r. You can half the draugr, I just need the ice heart helm. I can't seem to survive the 2nd boss at the gate solo, but two man should be ez.

It isn't. OP is honestly just clueless. I mean they queue as a healer and can't get to 30k dps. What do you expect? No wonder they cry out the loudest on NB nerfs.

Ignoring the obvious troll posters for now, I can't get into a farm group without people. I could solo the dungeon on normal without a problem but that won't give me purple jewlery and I can't afford to upgrade jewelery.

Your options

Que as tank on direfrost normal and wait.
Que on vet and just wait.
Make a quick tank setup and que as a tank in vet.

If you que vet you can que vet + normal to double chances.
