As I was wondering around elsweyr exploring for supplies and I found an impassible place ... it looked like a passageway but there seemed to be an invisible wall when I went up to it.
This is where I found it on the map:-
When I (finally) got around to the back of the same spot there is a boulder in this spot blocking the path ...
Not sure if anyone else found the same thing?
