Breathe some life into other old sets

Magicka gets a much better version of vicious ophidian because of the set below has a perfect version

Yes ik perfect only adds some additional magicka but the point is the set the above is based on does not have a perfect version.
I’m not asking for this set or any set to be nerfed but perhaps introduce perfect versions of all trials sets. Now to prevent some drama of having to refarm some sets allow a retroactive change updating all sets gotten prior to some date be upgraded into perfect versions.(only applies to trials sets from trials without perfect versions)

Also I would like to see some attention to crafted sets perhaps new versions of some of the more popular sets also allowing a new system to these same sets with legacy versions.
Example: hundings legacy would be the current version of hundings rage while creating an updated more viable version to allow crafters to once again have a purpose besides making training gear for people.

Now the controversial request I have for some sets.
Can relequen be looked at I’m not wanting it nerfed but perhaps many other stamina sets brought inline with this set. As is right now to play a stamina character and get into trials if you are not running this set you are by all accounts losing a lot of dps. Basically what I’m looking at is any proc sets aside from monster sets and arena weapons should be more of a niche thing not a must have to be competitive.

I’m not and I repeat I am not looking to have any set nerfed. I’m asking much like skills are coming more inline and having standard rules can we apply this same thinking to all sets in game. Proc sets should be supplemental to dps not account for a large chunk of dps.

With all this said ik the main focus of this entire patch is around class balancing but I wanted to get the ball rolling looking into perhaps balancing every set in this game. On an off topic note can we get more stamina morphs on class skills please.

Maybe change 20 percent light/heavy attack to 30 or 40 percent

or add some magic Regen.

There are many good sets out there that need some attention and if a baseline set of rules is made for sets there will be a lot more build diversity and viability

I think they’ve hinted at adding Perfected versions of old sets, but they said it would not happen with Elsweyr. I think the context was more related to Maelstrom/Master weapons, but I see no reason a Perfected VO couldn’t be added to HM Craglorn trials. I’d love to see Perfected versions of existing sets added to vHoF HM and vMoL HM too. I’m hoping this might come with the 3rd or 4th DLC this year.

I don’t hold hopes it happening with elsweyr but older sets need some attention my recommendation looking past elsweyr instead of 3 new sets with the dungeons take some existing sets say from cyrodil and make them the set drops in the dungeon dlc and focus on balancing sets
