if you allready unlocked them and past level 50 on a character then you can have them for all your characters, thats not pay to win, thats simply removing the annoying 2 week long hunt for something you allready did.1 -

✭✭✭✭✭I agree that it's not pay to win. All those bought skyshards are available in game if you want to get them that way. I can't see the pricing being anything I'd ever be interested in and that's coming from someone with 15 characters all with tons of skyshards collected. This will probably be for those with a crap ton of cash and very little time. The general population will see no benefit from this change. [snip]
