Character being off-center / shifted [BUG] on PTS

So I noticed that all my characters are completely off-centerd for no reason on pts right now.
This is a screenshot and usersettings from live. As you can see my character is without a change to the settings (except field of view) and is perfectly under the reticle
This is a screenshot from current pts. Same usersettings as from the live screenshot but shifted out of center for whatever reason. I have that on everyone of my PTS Characters
Anyone else experiencing the same or could tell me if I just missed something in patch notes?

✭✭✭I noticed this, too! It seems worse at some times than others, like when you are max zoomed out and mounted, it is worse. I kept looking in my game and camera settings since it is a new character, thinking maybe there was some setting to center the camera that i hadn't checked.0
