Solar Barrage tooltip

The Solar Barrage tooltip on live states that the duration is both 6 seconds and 8 seconds.

Unless this Barrage comes from a sun in a wormhole, one of those claims is false.

    It's 8 seconds with max passives. The tooltip doesn't really reflect the extra 2 seconds for some reason.

    Makes sense.

    Of course, the last time I started a thread on this tooltip, the sentiment swung the other way: https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/463977/solar-barrage-duration

    That just serves to underscore my point -- this is a tooltip that greatly needs fixing.

    Yeah I was wrong in that thread. Passives make it 8 seconds now and made it 8 seconds then. My bad.
